Maths is not difficult, it's the approach that matters

A lot of children start fearing maths as the numbers, calculations and formulas don’t appeal to their interest. This leads to lack of focus and subsequently performance starts dipping even if they were good and scored well in the subject in their formative years.

This dip in the performance may also affect how teachers view and ‘label’ the child and shift their focus towards high performing individuals in the class.

At D’Maths, Deepika Di’s approach is to first make the concept interesting to the student to enhance their attention span. Spending maximum time with the student to help him/her understand and strengthen the concepts and then only move to problem solving and practice.
